Single scissor lift tables
Its main advantage is the ease of installation, as it does not require a pit. Low-profile lift tables are fixed directly on the ground and its total height in closed position is minimal.
Versatility is the main advantage of single scissor lift tables. With a loading capacity from 1 to 20 Tn and with an elevation up to 2.1 m., it is the best lift table to cover most of the needs of the industry.

They are very useful at the beginning or at the end of production lines. Lift table moves up or down to a height where the operator can work comfortably. It reduces the risk of injuries due to bad postures and repetitive movements.
They are the ideal solution when the loading dock has no height difference. We manufacture 2 Tn or 3 Tn lift tables when loading with manual or electric pallet jack. When using a forklift, we manufacture lift tables of 4 Tn, 6 Tn or higher.
To overcome height differences without pit
Different vehicle heights in the same dock
It improves the movement of goods between two levels, usually pallets or trolleys. Forklifts or stackers won't be required anymore. For safety, it is usual to include handrails and interlocking doors so operators or goods cannot fall down.
In loading docks with height difference, this solution helps you to load containers, trucks or vans. By embedding the lift table into the ground, the loading dock becomes an additional access to the outside for the entry and exit of forklifts.

We integrate a photocell so that the operator can always work at the same height just by pressing a button. In addition, we add a pedal operating system in order to keep your hands free.
It allows to move objects between two heights quickly and safely in between production lines or in the site. For safety, it is usual to include handrails and interlocking doors so operators or goods cannot fall down.

It is fixed directly to the ground, so no pit is needed. You can easyly move its location if you change your workflow. As an option for U-shaped models, we provide a moving accessory with a hand pallet jack.

Production lines automation
U-shaped or E-shaped tables are used when loading and unloading with hand pallet jack, mainly. Rectangular lift tables are mostly loaded and unloaded with forklift. It is also possible to do it with hand pallet jack if we add an access ramp in front of the lift table.
For palletizing lines or automated production processes. Lift table operation is integrated into an automatic system controlled by PLC. This is common in coil handling systems, machine inputs / outputs or on palletizing lines with rollers.
